We own more than 125 designs and have published 5 plan books.  We have developed pre-engineered metal buildings for Ag, Farm, Equine, Personal Use, Commercial, Light Industrial, and Flex Businesses.

 Yes, we frequently recommend approved firms. Third-party architects and engineers design facilities for our clients' use. 

The engineering phase takes about two months and requires two different engineering firms. One firm for steel building design.  One firm for foundation design. The construction phase ranges from one to three months to build a turnkey building, depending on the building size, scope of work and project location.  

 No. Due to custom work costs.  At present, we offer seven pre-designed and pre-priced plans that have limited customization options. These plans suit the majority of inquiries.

Each building package has a preset price.  Prices are predetermined for each building plan package, so they're transparent.   With our solution planning services, we have developed prices, plans and packages that small and large businesses most often request.

Four to six months for most ISB plans to be completed, depending on their scope and complexity, as well as their physical location.  ISB will work closely with our clients to establish realistic timelines and ensure project completion on time.
