Step #2: Confirm Zoning and Permits. Inco Building Systems requires written pre-approvals (Zoning and Building Permit) and notarized customer statements verifying approvals [before] a building order can be placed or initiated.
Step #3: Define Project Scope: Determine building size, height, color, and customizations (doors, windows, insulation).
Step #4: Get a Custom Quote: Email Inco Building System to receive a detailed quote tailored to your specifications and local building codes.
Step #5: Sign the Building Order Confirmation/Purchase Form and Contract: Review the detailed order form—ensuring all components, loads, and codes are correct—and sign the agreement.
Step #6: Submit Down Payment: A down payment is required to secure the order and initiate fabrication and manufacturing.
Step #7: Schedule Delivery: Inco Building System will coordinate with the manufacturer for delivery to project location. Ensure there is enough space for an 18-wheeler truck and trailer, and large, delivery vehicles.
Step #8: Finalize Site Preparation & Building Permits: Confirm local building permits and prepare a level, accessible site for kit delivery, including an easily accessible and flat land materials staging area. Inco Building System [will] require site photos, a copy of your plat plan, and permit verification information before processing your kit order, and before final scheduling of your building kit package delivery.
