Experience Requirements & Qualifications

 Strategic Metric: Requires minimum 3 years of heavy administrative experience, preferably in a construction, engineering, or legal corporate office. Candidate must be fluent in digital contract routing systems (like DigiSigner), vendor compliance, and handling premium custom clients with extreme professionalism. 

 Strategic Metric: Requires minimum 5 years of dedicated construction take-off and pricing experience. They must have a proven track record of estimating fully burdened, multi-ply stick-built framing, extensive commercial steel envelopes, and complex structural slab configurations. 

 Strategic Metric: Requires minimum 4 years of high-ticket, premium sales experience (such as custom luxury real estate or architectural services). They must be highly trained in value-selling outcomes and executing Pre-Construction Services Agreements (PSAs) rather than selling cheap commodity-grade square footage. 

Strategic Metric: Requires minimum 5 to 7 years managing complex custom residential or commercial structural projects from permitting through Certificate of Occupancy. Must be an expert in cross-tier scheduling, multi-office logistics, bank draw verification, and structural contract compliance 

Strategic Metric: Requires minimum 6 years overseeing procurement pipelines and trade resource scaling across multiple active divisions. They must possess advanced experience in bulk supplier buyouts (such as positioning Metal Sales Co. steel packages) and mitigating material supply chain risks. 

Strategic Metric: Requires minimum 7 years of on-site project supervision. They must hold absolute mastery over field layout, scheduling subcontractor hand-offs, and enforcing strict regulatory and structural compliance with local inspectors (e.g., Town/County bldg codes). 

 Strategic Metric: As locked into your corporate requirements, a minimum of 5 to 7 years of structural framing experience is mandatory. They must possess verified, flawless expertise in setting engineered monolithic slab formwork, code-compliant wood deck framing, and hand-cutting complex traditional roofing systems (Gable, Hip, and Flat roof stick-built styles). 

 Strategic Metric: Requires 1 to 2 years of basic, on-site construction or trade school experience. They must be fully capable of handling material safely, maintaining circular saw operations, and reading a tape measure instantly down to the 1/16th of an inch. [1]
